In order to help our community battle COVID-19, Scratch Goods has officially closed our retail store and is halting all mask bars, wellness classes and private events until further notice. What science has shown thus far is that during this pandemic, social distancing works. While we know it’s difficult, we feel committed to doing our part to flatten the curve. We care deeply about the well being of our team and guests, but also feel a larger community responsibility to do what’s right for our most vulnerable friends and neighbors. Our hearts are with those who are most at risk to this virus, and with those suffering from all the stressors related to it - emotional, financial, and physical. Please stay home, stay safe, check in on those who may need it, and be kind and supportive to one another.
Now for a little good news!
online store - We’re still open online! For every $50 spent online during our closure, we will give you a $5 credit towards future purchases (no limit! $5 for $50, $10 for $100, etc.) Please shop with us and other small businesses during this challenging time.
mask bars / smoothie bars / private parties / wellness classes - We have removed future booking options from our site, and will be reaching out individually to those who have already purchased with information on rebooking. We are truly sorry to disrupt your plans, and have only your health and the greater good of our community in mind. Keep an eye on your inbox for a personal message from one of our team members with more details, and thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.
THANK YOU - to every one of our friends, customers, team members, and beyond. Everyone has been incredibly understanding and we feel immense gratitude to have such support as we navigate this challenging time. Our business has grown from a kitchen-made skincare line to a very social and event-heavy operation - this shift will undoubtedly be difficult to recover from. Please do what you can to support your friends who have lost their income, family who may be feeling isolated, and small businesses who are scrambling to figure out their next move. We know our community will ultimately rally to help each other out, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you all on the other side! Stay healthy (heart emoji)
