mindful breathing practices can help reduce symptoms associated with anxiety, insomnia, + depression as well as promote concentration and improve vitality. colleen will guide you from basic breath awareness to more advanced breathing exercises such as samavritti, visamavritti, sitali, + more. the session will begin with a tension relieving jade rolling demonstration + end with a breath centric guided meditation.
