Face Yoga with Cathy Leggett is a complete facial workout! Just like your body needs to stay toned and fit, so does your face! In this session you will learn how to work the underworked areas of your face (think cheeks, neck) while relaxing the overworked areas (forehead, jaw, space between your eyes). Class will begin with a full facial cleanse using Scratch Goods' best-selling cleansing oil, then moisturizing skin drink and heavy face oil. Cathy takes a completely natural approach to beauty and combines facial exercises, facial massage, acupressure and soul-boosting affirmations into a self-care ritual that will leave you glowing from the inside out!
Cathy Leggett (@cathyleggettwellness) is a classically trained ballet dancer, ex-investment banker, MBA and mother of three - and she is passionate about mindful wellbeing. Through Cathy Leggett Wellness she combines yoga, face yoga and mindfulness practices as a way to counter the effects of modern living and modern culture. Her goal is to make women FEEL beautiful, both outside and inside, and she incorporates soul-boosting techniques including affirmations, loving-kindness meditation and mirror gazing to build-women up in a world throwing increasing demands our way.

Tickets are sold by the seat - up to 4 together at a table. If you're coming with a group, please buy all of your seats in one purchase. If you and your friends buy individually, we may not be able to seat you together - send us a message and we'll do our best!
To respect your fellow guests and not disrupt the event, late arrivals may not be permitted. Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in with our staff, pour a drink, and get settled.
Scratch Goods is located at 847 W. Randolph St, and is a second-floor space. Our recessed entrance is found between Uncommon James and Bandit. Elevators are available at our shared side entrance on Peoria, just south of Randolph (entrance shared with Thrive Salon, Grace Loves Lace, and Vintage Refined).
Parking: Randolph St. has metered parking, but spots fill quickly, especially on weekends and evenings. Valet with nearby restaurants is an option - or the closest parking garage at Washington + Peoria. We're 3 blocks from the Morgan Green Line, 1.5 blocks from the Hasted bus.
