Please book your entire party at one table. Separate orders will not be seated together.
The Steam Sesh at Scratch Goods is a self-service, interactive, BYOB skincare experience designed to deeply hydrate winter skin. You'll be seated at a table in our sunny, plant-filled event space, and guided by a Scratch Goods team member through a gentle cleanse and steaming ritual using several of our best-selling products. A great way to pamper yourself, celebrate a birthday, or pair with a West Loop brunch!
During this 60-minute workshop, you’ll cleanse your face with our oil cleanser and a hot towel, steam your face with our floral steam, moisturize with our skin drink, eye butter, and facial oils, then finish with a gua sha tutorial. Armed with tips + techniques to incorporate into your own self-care ritual, you’ll leave refreshed + glowing!
All products used at the mask bar are handmade by us, in Chicago, with simple ingredients designed for sensitive skin. Full ingredient lists are found at the links below, and can be made available at your event. Please inform our team upon arrival of any topical allergies, especially to plants or essential oils - we may be able to accommodate aversions with alternative products.
Product lineup: tea tree cleansing oil / lash + brow oil / lavender mint all-over butter / hibiscus rose floral steam / jasmine rose skin drink / dark matter coffee eye butter / light + heavy face oils / face butter / gua sha.
To purchase a take-home gua sha stone for $10 per guest, select 'yes' for the gua sha add-on. Select 'no' for our base price of $50 per guest, which still includes a gua sha tutorial (just no take-home product).
Some products will be dispensed from communal containers that are fully sanitized between uses. Others will be delivered on an individual sample tray for each guest.
To respect your fellow guests and not disrupt the event, late arrivals may not be permitted. Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in with our staff and get settled.
